How we work
From first call to signed offer in four steps
Calibrate
Week one is about your team, not candidates. We meet with founders and hiring managers and agree on a written scorecard covering must-haves, dealbreakers and the things nobody writes in a job description.
Source
We build a targeted list of 100-150 people, mostly passive talent who aren't looking. Every message is written for your company and you approve the outreach before it goes out.
Qualify
You get a shortlist, not a pile of resumes. Each candidate comes with a brief covering why they fit, where the risks are and what it will take to close them. The first shortlist lands within three weeks.

About Stealthmode
Named after the stealth companies we serve
Stealthmode started in 2018 recruiting for startups that hadn't announced yet, with no website, no press and sometimes no company name. Candidates had to trust us before they knew who they were talking to. We built the firm on that skill and the name came with it.
With 25+ years of combined recruiting experience, including Facebook and WhatsApp, we bring that process to startups from seed through Series D.
You won't find our clients on this website. The companies we work with are often hiring before a launch or building a team they'd rather competitors didn't see. Keeping them off our site is part of the job.
